How Twitter Is Turning GIFs Into Cash



Twitter has started making some noise about Amplify.

The ad program, which Twitter introduced last May, re-promotes moments that just occurred on TV in the form of tweets. For instance, here’s a replay of Blue Jay Ryan Goins’ recent barehanded catch in an early September game against the Chicago Cubs that has been repurposed as an ad for the Holiday Inn Express:
